Resilient & Ergonomic Flooring:

Spectator Luxury vinyl tile, which is also referred to as “LVT” flooring, is great if you have an active home with kids or pets, or just high-traffic areas you want to keep looking beautiful. You’ve probably heard of vinyl tile, the popular peel-and-stick flooring. Luxury vinyl tile is similar in its construction — a wear layer, an image layer, a resilient core and backing — but it’s generally thicker, and offers greater levels of durability and design realism than vinyl tile.

Easy Install:

Generally speaking, luxury vinyl tile is one of the easier flooring types to install, making it very DIY friendly. The specific installation method will depend on the product you choose.

Form & Dimensions:

Spectator flooring type is Luxury Vinyl Tile. The Plank style is wood – 2.5mm (0.10″) x 6″ (0.15m) x 36″ (0.91m). The Square Tile is non-wood (Texture Visuals)  – 2.5mm (0.10″) x 18″ (0.46m) x 18″ (0.46m)

Benefits

Multi-purpose:

Vinyl flooring tile is ideal for moisture-prone rooms like bathrooms, kitchens and home gyms. With Spectator luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring options, vinyl doesn’t just perform well, it can offer the same characteristics as real stone, tile or wood. Homeowners especially love that you can get really authentic looking wood styles, and have them be durable enough for rooms where moisture can be a concern. Where hardwood is not recommended for installation in bathrooms and laundry rooms, Spectator LVT flooring is waterproof so it makes a great (and great looking) flooring for those areas.

Environmental:

Spectator, which is manufactured by Ecore, is designed to meet the stringent criteria required to help earn points under 2 of the 5 categories of LEED—Materials and Resources and Indoor Environmental Quality. The Materials and Resources category deals with the conservation, purchasing, and waste management of physical products. Indoor Environmental Quality includes the conditions inside a building, such as air quality, lighting, thermal conditions, ergonomics, acoustics, and their effect on occupants.
